Morning on the next day. Ieva had taken the portaledge to show to a 3rd grade class at some point a few months ago. We both forgot that the straps were still totally f____d, until we tried to set up the ledge at around 9pm at the hanging belay, where you can't lay anything out, or set anything down. Oh, the confusion! It only took about a half hour to sort out that mess.
